Thats nice and all, but Cirno is the embodiment of ice. So everytime Saitama punches her, she'll just respawn.

Well, Cirno has some danmaku hax, and I dont think Saitama has ever faced danmaku before. Saitama has no way of killing off Cirno, as the only way for her to die is if ice and cold never existed, which is literally 0% of even happening! Cirno is hard to kill because of her instant regen after death and Type 8 immortality. Cirno pretty much freezes Saitama and shatters him. Vote goes to Cirno.
 
I mean, if Cirno can freeze bullets, she could potentially freeze humans as well, like real life physics.
 
Inconclusive. Just, plain old inconclusive. Saitama can't kill her, Cirno can't harm him.

Unless Saitama dies of old age eventually but let's not.

I guess Saitama can take it via "knocking the opponent out for at least one hour" which is considered win by SBA. Or she may just lose all of her stamina.
 
Is it out of character for Saitama to knock someone out?.

If he can hold back enough he should be able to knock Cirno out.

If they look human/don't act evil then no.

He knocked out both of Fubuki's henchmen when they first met, Snek when he tried to attack him, and Sonic through Serious hops
 
Cirno should just give up after dying Ôæ¿Ôæ¿Ôæ¿ times.

Saitama has survived on the moon with no protection, and taken on Genos' Fire attacks. Cirno's ice abilities can't harm him.
 
Saitama's not willing to kill things that act and have human emotions, such as Garou or just any human in general.

This means that all Saitama needs to do is walk up to Cirno, knock her out, then call it a day because she won't resurrect, giving him the win.

Saitama straight up didn't think Garou was a monster. We've never seen how he reacts to fighting someone he's aware is nonhuman (that isn't evil). I'm pretty sure he'd assume Cirno is a human though.

How would she knock her out?
 
He*, and he would do literally the same thing he did to Garou in their first encounter: Runs behind and neck chop. If that doesn't work then whatever way he knows how to knock someone out.
 
It's not a stomp, if Cirno can just keep her distance and wait it out till Saitama dies of old age or just gets bored and leaves then she wins. However, it's more likely that Saitama runs up and neck chops her, knocking her out and winning the fight.

Going Saitama. Decisive victory but not a stomp.
