Utsuro pretty much outlast. Nobu nobu will continue to blow him up with her barrages, he regens, continue until Nobu runs out of mana or Utsuro gives up, something i doubt will happen.

He also has passive aura that makes even Okita, who is a ****** who seen some horrible shit throughout his life to shake and put Abuto to paralization. Also this isn't just because of fear. It's also because of instinct. I'm voting Utsuro.

There's magic like system in Gintama and it's called Onmyouji. Utsuro's aura isn't one of those. So verse equalization won't help.

High-Mid is already enought to handle what she can dish out while his regen is actually Mid-High which is well beyond what she can handle. Unless he gets caught in her Papiyas and she decides to eat his soul (which is not really combat applicable and ooc) after reducing him to bloody pieces, she can't actually put him down.

did utsuro get all his skills by normal training ? else he will probably vanish in Papiyas, the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven. which makes it hard for divini/ mysterious enemy to even exist.
