Lucemon Falldown/Chaos Mode vs Beerus

This is tough. Beerus is probably faster, but Lucemon is clearly stronger. ........... I can't have an opinion here, but if I were to pick, I'd say Speed over Power and Beerus wins with Immense Difficulty.

Yeah, but assuming Beerus gives it 100% (which he'll kind of have to in order to live) his speed could give him the win, with Immense Difficulty of course.

As long as Beerus doesn't hold back from the start, he should be able to take Falldown Mode Lucemon in a very difficult fight.
