These two have fought before but not like this. Mag Hank vs Demon Tricky

Well I believe the probability manipulation isn't combat applicable. It's probably only a possibility Tricky has the ability because of a device inside his head called the portable improbability drive, which is the source of his type 8 and Resurrection and his powers.
 
well, MC7 Hank managed to damage Demon Tricky by shooting him in the face so maybe if he hit Tricky's head with his arm it might damage Tricky but then again Tricky can just rip off Hank's arm like he did as the Auditor-Tricky fusion in MC11. when Tricky took out his improbability drive to be repaired by some engineers, it seemed like he was indestructible as not even a chainsaw affected him so I vote inconclusive
 
I believe that Claw Arm Hank's bigger size and lesser mobility and intelligence will lead to his downfall. He won originally against Demon Tricky via kiting and dodging attacks with rather impressive tactics, all while slowly wearing him down. As well, getting into melee range to actually hit the Improbability Drive is quite a bad idea, as Tricky will rip him apart, meaning his stronger physical abilities are basically useless.

I'll vote Tricky, high-diff.
 
The Higher Powers are unreliable. We can't really factor them in.
 
Yeah. We can't deny the only reason that Hank and company are still alive is for plot reasons. Poor guys are dead comapred to Tricky and Auditorium.
 
Really, Tricky just wins against any MAG Hank due to Tricky being much stronger in melee. Base Hank is far more likely to range spam, which is a huge advantage.

Base Hank vs Base Tricky is a whole nother story.
 
Fairly sure Base Tricky beats Base Hank per canon, only being saved by Tricky rezzing him over and over to be a dick.
 
sMag Hank does like to spam his electricity powers s. Maybe MC 11 Hank vs Demon tricky inside the purgatory realm? Maybe Tricky instead of summoning a mag agent h summons this instead?
