So uh... I had this on my mind, but I wasn't sure if I should make it. Here we go, I guess.

Disney Canon Sidious and DMC3 Vergil are used. Speed is equal, of course.

How is Ozpin getting past Vergil's Yamato and superior Regenerationn (which can allow him to shrug off fatal attacks before getting tired)?
 
Ozpin could try to wear Vergil out so he can no longer regenerate. Idk about Yamato though.
 
Ozpin can F L Y unless Yamato actually cuts real space like Okayasu. I don't know how the weapon works though, maybe someone can enlighten me?

Yeah, I guess Vergil takes this easily, but this could be a stomp.
 
Sidious has an overwhelming AP advantage, I'll get that out of the way.

He's also got no problems spamming TK and has actual precog
