I vote for Shulk for pretty much having a great hard counter to Impmon's abilities whether it's his precognition already giving him knowledge of his opponents ahead of time, the variety of ether gems he has to augment his attacks, or his Monado arts to aid him in surviving. Mostly his Monado purge art.

Only thing Sulk cannot counter is his Mind and Soul abilities ....which get seen by precog. Impmon gets rekt.
