He's beaten tier 1s with sufficient prep before, and absorbed the Power Cosmic quite a lot, so probably.

He doesn't need prep for Power Cosmic, and consider that he does still have his old tech lying around. A day of prep can entail a day of fixing up whatever he used to kill the beyonders again.

Low 2-C Doom is Doom with Galactus powers and tech. Galactus tech can be assembled with matter manipulation and can absorb High 1-B power.

dang doom could become the most powerful low2C

Problem is he already has sufficient number of Abilities to work against Altair in Low 2-C. Giving one day prep is just stomp.

Low 2-C Doom is Nigh-Omniscient, has all of Galactus' powers and can probably steal Altair's too, and is himself on the level of a Marvel abstract.

Didn't Altair have OP plothax?

Or does Doom SUCC that too?

Pretty sure the only way Altair could win here is if she uses Outline Origin at the start of the match and instantly remove all his powers and prep.

Outline Origin is time manipulation - Targeted Time Reversal (Outline Origin brings a character to his/her beginning)

Power Nullification's reasoning might need to be changed since the explanations suggested it only that it works on Gravity Manipulation

  • Power Nullification (Blocked and nullified the effects of Blitz's Gravity Bullets; the Sixty-Sixth Movement blocks the target's powers even if the target normally resists power nullification)
  • Doctor Doom has resistance

Outline orgin is not time manipulation it is plot manipulation altair rmanipulates the plot to negate plot twists and bring the target back to the begining of the story

It doesn't only work with Gravity Manipulation since it Power Nulled Altair who resisted the Laws of the Universe trying to Power Null her.

Before this gets Confusing, she has 3 types of Power Null. One being a regular one, one being a powernull that powernulls + paralyzes you even if you have Resistance and works on Type 1 Abstracts and the third one is the Outline Origin which is basically Plot Manip+Time Reversal Combo

I will say that if Dr Doom generates some fancy equipment Altair is liable to copy it like she did with Gigas Machina.

She'd probably have a hard time copying some of Galactus' more advanced technology.

Her copy is basically copying anything within the Plot. Unless Galan has a higher dimensional stuff or something more powerful than her or something that resists power mimicry.

It's certainly a possibility that she fails to understand it and thus can't replicate it.

Anyway, that isn't her only win con. If Doom builds a machine beyond her understanding she is going to get serious fast. The Thirteenth Movement should strip him of his Low 2-C powers unless he can resist his plot being turned back. Also the Sixty-Sixth Movement is a really potent Power Null, Paralysis, and then extremely powerful absorption.

Honestly Altair really messes up most characters that don't invalidate plot hax.

Galactus has shit like the Ultimate Nullifier and High 1-B~1-A power draining. I don't think Altair's gonna be copying that.

Fair, but I think that if Doom's pulling out something she can't understand that he's going to annihilate her with it immediately afterwards, given that the things she won't be able to understand are 2-A to 1-A weapons.

Altair certainly has the better stuff all around, though, but Doom (especially with prep) isn't going to go down so easy. He can pull out his own Plot Manipulation, rewrite his own history if need be, become a universal abstract himself, etcetera...

I actually only just remembered about Doom's Plot Manipulation. He used it to retcon himself into being a tulpa once. I think he could use it to deal with the Thirteenth Movement by rewriting his own backstory.

>Doctor Doom match

>"day of prep"

My poor Altair. If doom can resist thirtenth movement i don't see this going well for her.

I am having doubth about the prime mover being plot manipulation it just seems like reality and causality manipulation. It does not control reality like a story

Altair has many ways of ending Doom tho and it doesn't only involve 13th movement or plot manip. That's not the point. Point is what can Doom do in a day of prep? if he can know about Altair and build something to counter all her abilities as well as passively absorb her abilities, then it's a stomp.

For now I'll have to vote Incon since both can end each other currently.

Low 2-C Doom is already Nigh-omniscient... So 1 day of prep is huge for him.

Not really, Altair does have ways to win as you already stated, it's just Doom had more that he's willing to use more

^^^^^^ Don't see how Altair has any ways to bypass something who has taken every measure possible against her already.

She doesn't, but a descisive win isn't a stomp

That let's Dolm strike first in a non passive way

It isn't like Doom can't die, it's just that he'll kill Altair way before that happens.
