A ni-omnipotent being has given us all powers of various people through fiction. He has given us all powers and many other people's power throughout the Earth so he can watch as the world is thrown into Chaos. His goal is to make the world stronger through strife and conflict. If it doesn't survive, he doesn't care. You can band together to take out the new threats as they arrive to conquer entire regions of the world, try to murder as many people as possible, etcetera, or you can be one of these threats yourself.

Character: Max tier you can start is Tier 6. Second can go up to 5-B. You can only have limited time manipulation, you can't have absolute attacks/absolute defenses and ridiculous hax, etcetera.
 
I'm not on my computer so I can't post links but my third character is Benimaru (Tensei shitara)
 
Hmm...well, like many characters I make, Kabus is inconsistent. Though, the best we have is radiation and Hell.
 
my theme, for the most part, has been monsters, although Delsin could count depending on your perspective
 
Kabus may be one with some interesting themes. If not that, then backstory is better.
 
If I swap a passive ability with Skill swap and then black hole the being that had that ability, would it be fair to assume that I would keep the ability ?

His theme is best summed up as "chance", I think. He has a stupidly lucky guy, a literal possibility, and a gambler, no actual probability manip afaik.

My theme is tier cap magical girls. It's kinda funny how we've chosen 4 tiers, and all of them have someone who can be considered a "magical girl" as the strongest/tied for strongest in the tier.
