Voting Tsunade. As shown in Infinity War,AFTER Hulk's visit of Sakaar,a person who's skilled can easily get the upper hand on him. Tsunade can also disrupt his nerves IF he starts to get out of hand.

Hulk doesn't seem to have anything on her here. Worst case, she messes up his nerves and calls it a day.

So Hulk has a slight AP advantage and size but Tsunade has absolutely everything else. Not only does she dodge all his attacks but in the event that she gets hit, she just regens. Plus the big guy isn't gonna be moving much since she can just bypass his durability and (as mentioned above) can screw with his senses. Voting Tsunade Low diff (mid if she was drinking a lot beforehand).

tsunade. dude, even with SEd, hulk wont even hit her, if we go by technique, expirience, and brains. heck, she could win without punching

I know MCU Hulk's powers but not Tsunade's so I looked up.
Seeing as how Tsunade is more skilled in H2H than Hulk, and the fact that her jutsus can potentially cause problems for Banner, I don't see Tsunade losing this. She's too agile and tricky with her being a shinobi. It maybe speed equalized but Tsunade is overall more nimble.
