This is Ultimate Comics 7-A Hulk vs MCU Avengers 7-A Hulk. Speed is equalized and fight takes place in an open empty desert far from humanity.

Story scenario is some timeline bs, idk, MCU Bruce ends up in the Ultimate Comics timeline and encounters the Bruce of that timeline. MCU bruce helps the timeline of the Ultimate Comics and develop a way for the MCU Bruce to get back to his own timeline. Before they can however, both Hulks decide to rage to see who is the better Hulk.
