Dammit, ya beat me to it. Anyway, Armstrong has higher stats, but i'm not sure how his Nanomachine's would fare against Michael's super weapons, like the homing magic railgun and dual wielded fire and ice guns.

But in my opinion if his attacks go for his heart Michael might stand a chance.

True, but it depends on whether or not Michaels weapons can pierce Amstrong's skin. Plus Armstrong can leach energy from machines and has minor magnetism powers, two things you don't want your opponent to have when you're main weapon is a mech.
Still, Would the nanomachines be able to survive magic ammo, or changing from extreme heat to extreme cold several times in rapid succession?

well I doubt heat would exactly affect it.
Par strong said that the main factor to his nanomachines is that it reacts to pain.

Heat alone no, but rapidly changing between freezing temperatures and burning temperatures can cause rapid expansion and contraction and can seriously warp or even outright destroy them if used frequently enough.

I see...
There is a chance that Wilson might win but then there's still two things he would have to worry about:
1. Armstrong trying to rip him apart
2. The fact that he can leech energy.
But other than that as long as Wilson stays on his toes he should be fine.
