No. If Hakai has shown limitations, then it won't work on anyone who is stronger.
What isn't accepted is a DB character resisting hax from an opponent from another verse on the virtue of being stronger as other verses don't have that limitation of hax not working on stronger characters like in DB.

@Sound of Infinity appearently he doesn't seem to be a SS fanboy. Puh I'm glad, that he's not one of these DB downplaying SS fanboys (I'm not saying Goku can beat PS). So back to Goku vs. weakest Digimon: Idk honestly, I never watched Digimon that much and it surprises me, that there are Digimons, who could solo the DB verse, so I'm out for now.

Goku has the AP advantage....that's it really. UI is an issue, but nothing RagnaLordmon and his two living weapons cannot handle. Honestly, MUI Goku gets outlasted due to those passive barriers and either gets his Soul or Mind destroyed, or flat out gets erased from existence. Not to mention that RagnaLordmon has AoE attacks as well. Although, this is likely spite....
