Lady of Pain Vs Devilman

Transmutation actually kills Conceptual Mid-Godly with 7 different Immortalities permanently. And it's passive.
 
Even then, she resists transmutation, a fuckload of characters in DnD have conceptual manipulation, and she literally killed a mid godly with type 8 with a thought
 
I dont think you can resist Transmuation that work on the same Regen as you are. Unless i am missing something she can do against it.
 
She's defined a true neutral, so no.

And Orcus once got a boost that allowed him to easily kill mid godly and type 8 but couldn't hurt the lady

Negating conceptual existence isn't conceptual manipulation. And Demons have resistance to it. It still worked. And Mid-Godly can't overcame that. The Transmutation negates even more than type 8 and Mid-Godly and easily merge two different matter on a lower dimension and higher dimension, unless D&D showed more, no, it works. Fusionism also doesn't interact with Regen or Immortality since it doesn't really hurt her to begin with.
 
I vote for Devilman unless I see some Transmutation/Fusionism that surpass Devilman's. Also he resist EE. And has resurrection if killed. Also being above someone doesn't mean she has the power lower to her.
 
Based on Crybaby erase which demons survived solely by their type 9, and it's the same guy who tried to erase them on Devilman G, yes.
 
Okay, a couple of things.

1.) The Lady does have Conceptual and Prob manipulation, we (Qa, Me and Azzy) forgot to add it because we was too focused on the entire verse to add it to her profile.

The Lady's Prob manipulation is so high that other beings, Greater Gods, who have a Prob manipulation (Which is passive) that can turn literall 100% failure into a perfect success, and the Lady both ignores this and passively one shots them.

2.) Her AP is high enough that she literally one shots Devilman with a mere glare.

3.) She is Invulnerable (Totally immune to an effect unless it comes from a Higher Dimensional level.) to Transmutation, Devilman literally cannot transmute her even if he wanted to.

4.) Her Regen is about to be changed to High-Godly and not Mid-Godly. So she can regenerate from his attacks anyway.

5.) Her probability manipulation literally makes it so she always goes first, even against High-level Probability Manipulation, and she already has multiple WEEKS of perfect knowledge about the fight as is (Precog) and will literally start with EE erasing his existence across the Multiverse.

TL:DR

"A shadow is cast over Devilman.

Devilman died."
 
For now I'm voting for Lady FRA.
