A mask can be a very unsettling thing indeed. It imbues a sense of separation from the wearer of the mask from others around it. You can't know what that person is thinking, because you can't see their face. And these people are even more terrifying when they can affect you in the most terrifying ways with a single touch, either killing you effortlessly in order to turn you into a zombie, or transforming you into a creature similar to them, losing your own identity in the process. But what happens when the two creatures capable of this face off? Well, today, we find out!

In the blue corner, we have SCP-049 from the SCP Foundation, and in the red corner, we have The Empty Child from Doctor Who.

-This will be a fight to the death or incapacitation. Both are in-character.
-Neither character are aware of each other beforehand, and there is no prep time.

-Neither character are allowed any outside help.

-This fight will take place in the corridors of the SCP Foundation, technically giving 049 the home-court advantage.

With all this being said, let the debate begin.

This seems a battle of the one that touches the other first win. Though, 049 has the field and intelligence advantage, so I'm giving it to him for now
 
I might as well get it out of the way now, but I'm not sure either of their major haxes can affect each other. 049's touch kills the other person immediately, but that can't happen because the Empty Child is already undead with Type 7 Immortality. And I believe The Empty Child's touch is attuned to converting human DNA into itself, which is a problem because 049 is likely not human at all.

So, yeah. Just thought I'd mention that.
 
To be frank, I don't think so. He's shown that he can punch through walls, but that's only get to other people in order to touch them and convert them.
 
I really wasn't meaning for it, but yeah, I think so. 049's death hax is meaningless, and TEC will just regen from any slashes from 049's scalpel, especially due to the AP difference. And TEC is too tame to really try actually hurting 049, considering its childlike mindset.
 
Not to mention that I don't think higher dimensions means you can kill dead things

One thing's for sure the brothers wouldn't really go out of their way to do it considering the child should already be hippity hoppity their property
 
I mean due to 049 not really being a human it's unknown if it's power's work on them.

Also the idea that they just poke each other, nothing happens and they both wander off is too funny to pass up
 
Anything that touches it is transformed both physically and mentally into a being that also has a gas mask as part of its physical body and thinks just like the empty child
 
Alright, I'm gonna be serious for the rest of the thread

According to the Tardis.wikia, the Empty Child's infection came from nanogenes originating from these guys, who hadn't even encountered humans prior to the episode.

According to this page, said nanogenes do that whole "reconfiguring" thing to any foreign species they don't recognize as being one they've encountered before, as well as whatever their host makes contact with. So 049 not being human is actually a bad thing.
 
It also means we have no idea how the Child's powers will affect 049

Also the fact that 049 has almost no biological components could help
