Raiden speed upgrade & Armstrong strength upgrade

Basically this

The mach 2900 speed should be applied to the base Raiden, Sam, Blade Wolf, Armstrong, Monsoon, Sundowner and Mistral. Khamsin too probably, as well as general fodder, as was shown in cutscene.

The mach 29000 speed should only apply to Blade Mode Raiden, Blade Mode Sam and Blade Mode Blade Wolf (wut)

x7 strength boost applies only to Raiden's Ripper Mode

Also, since nobody is replying, look at this thread as well. This upgrade should apply to pretty much everybody who the speed upgrade applies too, with x7 boost to that stat being applied excusively to Ripper Mode Raiden
 
It all looks acceptable going by this site's standards, with the possible exception of x7 Blade Mode boost being maybe gameplay mechanics plus the fact they have molecular hax and contextually it would be far more effective if they aimed it just right? (Shrugs)

Well, yeah, but it makes sense from the point of Ripper Mode Raiden being able to own Monsoon so hard he was pleading for mercy, while Raiden himself stated that if not for Jack the Ripper awakening Monsoon would have killed him. I'll do some more in-game research or try to find the Ripper Mode bit in manual.

Does that mean I'm allowed to make the edits to the pages of characters?
 
We need further input before making these changes.
 
One person's input isn't enough to make changes around here. It just doesn't work like that. You need a lot more than that.
 
Well, the calculations seem to be ok, so i don't see any reason why not to upgrade both Armstrong and Raiden.
 
Maybe you should compile all of the proposed changes onto one page and explain what would be changed to what, so that it is better organized...?
