Dio needs to touch Bowser first to begin with, while Bowser can just BFR him, absorb his powers and likely far more.

Either a mismatch or a stomp IMO.

Again, no HA DIO doesn't need contact for his Reality Overwrite.

I would recommend to check this thread for the feats of him using his overwrite without contact and if you are against to state your opinion of why he shouldn't be able.

DIO doesn't need to make contact to overwrite reality. He just flexes and uses one of his numerous One shot moves like BFR, Existence Erasure via Overwrite, or Soul Manip. What does bowser have to also OHKO?

Well, Dio only has tier 8 durability without hax at best, so that speaks by itself.

Well, those won't work on DIO given his resistance and his own time stop being infinite in length
