I thought luffy had better speed, gonna equalize that.


As for hax, he has to actually call them out, can be interupted, and cannot keep using regen indipendently

It's reliant on the money the company owns, and Regenerationn/ressurection consumes money.


Pretty much, luffy needs to keep beating it not stop and not let it talk to win.

The President needs to decide that buying reality is the way to go, and get enough time to say it out loud
 
Yeah.

Also, the company does have the villain tendency to actually explain the stuff that they can do. Not sure if luffy would really understand it though.
 
Luffy kills the president with every single hit. How many times can the president resurrect? Do we have a standard number for that?

The amount varies depending destruction. He found the neck being broken trivial, but several of his bodies being EE'd (soul and body destruction) would have been enough to consume his money.
 
After watching how strong is Luffy the president forces the possession and become him one with himself. How does the RW works? Future Sight can take care of it if there's something Luffy'd see. If every single thing the president has needs some kind of preparation Luffy'd stop him before he can. And Luffy is capable enough to crush TP's body with his casual attacks so he can win here.
 
I'll explain his more haxy powers for the sake of simplicity.

He starts with his pocket dimension stuff, creating a mirror reality. It could tecnically bfr, but it's such a basic ability in the verse that ecveryone assumes people can escape it.

He normaly summons the other workers he has, but they don't have much as far as Hax goes.

His Mind Manip needs for him to put a mask on the enemy.

His powernull weakens enemies, but the amount of effect here would change him getting one-shotted

Regen relies on money.

Law manip relies on money, and he needs to say the following to activate it: "This is the president's command, buy the earth, buy the sky, buy space and buy time". After that, anything he says will happen.
 
Put Brulee on Luffy's back. ovo

Then TP has nothing but RW to effect Luffy. I said this because there's no way that Luffy going to let TP put the mask with Future Sight. And if Luffy can see the effects of RW before happens then Luffy could eventually win. He has the range and massive AP advantage to solve the RW.

If Luffy can't see the RW effects then he loses.
 
I don't think he can see far enough in the future to know what it does, but he would know that the president is planning something.

So for President to bust out his hax he needs to talk, but he can't if Luffy is keeps battering him. But if Luffy makes so much as a single mistake its game over. That said President can be put in a cycle of hurt by Luffy. Voting Luffy with high difficulty.
 
If Luffy keeps his combo up and just keeps hitting Luffy will win. But... the moment President takes to the sky or gets to cast some of his haxx, it's GG. And can't he be supported by people he summoned/works with?

Well, yea. They also get one-shot, and ressurecting them as well would take a lot more money, but it could help as long as luffy doesn't igbore them
 
ButLuffy has Haoshoku to prevent a 1vs100 and has fought armies with people that can barely harm him before.
 
I highly doubt any of the employees have a weak enough mind to be affected. They kept being disected over and over with no real problem.

In-fact, they apear to be in more of a hivemind, throwing themselfs away at the chance of getting a hit in regardless of the wounds they are bound to get.
 
^ This and the fact that Luffy one-shots any fodder the President throws at him and also his precog, I think Luffy is gonna take this.
 
I mean, the employees can be ressurected too. It also costs money, so he would loose much faster if he decided too do that.
 
I mean, he needs to say 5 sentences. He could use the time to teleport away and then speak tough.
 
The President also doesn't resurrect his employees if they aren't helpful as seen during the fight with Han's teacher. He would see the AP difference, summon a few employees to spam range attacks and when Luffy goes to deal with them, he can teleport away and buy everything.
 
Tactical, I did make a few other maches with the preasident that might intrest you.

Tough, the problem with that plan is that luffy could likely predict it.
