Transcending infinite dimensions

So a character has a feat of viewing infinite dimensional beings as fiction and completely transcending infinite dimensions. However they dont have any feats of being completely dimensionless of beyond dimensional scale outright. Does this make them 1-A? Or at least High 1-B?
 
Pretty sure that's clean cut 1-A, albeit baseline, since that's part of the justification for Marvel's Oblivion
 
With tiers this high its best to just post the exact context so it can be evaluated. That alone could go either way. What character are you thinking of?
 
I think that it would most likely just be a higher degree of High 1-B, but Azathoth, DarkLK, and Sera Loveheart are better at answering these types of questions than I am.
 
Not really a specific character. Just in general since a lot of people think it is an instant 1-A. But I also think it would be high 1-B. Although I do think that high 1-B matchups are inconclusive because of this. Since one high 1-B could be on a higher dimension than another high 1-B with know way of knowing
 
Oblivions justification is being unbound by any form of time, being shapeless and formless and all of creation spawning from oblivion. Anyway this has been answered.
