I'm giving this to Vecna by beinn superior in pretty much every way and according to this resists pretty much everything Bill has.

Don't remember much of Bill, buuut let's check this out.

Vecna:

+ Probability hax means every action that has a possibility of success will automatically succeed for Vecna

+ Gods have killed Low-Godly beings permanently before, and has the regen advantage

+ Much more used to dealing with beings of his level of power, and likely has the combat experience

+ Can neg magic and supernatural abilities (although I'm not sure how this would interact with some of Bills more haxy abilities)

+ Much better precognition (can see events that affect him clearly weeks in advance)

+ As stated above, Vecna has his fair share of resistances and can auto-neg a lot of Bill's stuff (Time Manip, Mind Manip, etc)

Bill:

+ Law Manipulation could work out in rather weird ways

+ Bill might gain some advantage being based on mathematics, but I'm unsure how this works

+ Directly counters Vecna's BFR and Mindhax

+ If it means anything at all, Bill is pretty weird and has the opportunity to present scenarios Vecna has never dealt with, though this is unlikely to catch him by surprise due to aforementioned astounding precog

Verdict:

Vecna, easily. He can take out Bill (unless his existence as a mathematical being means something weird) while Bill can't get past Mid-Godly regen. Vecna has a fair amount of abilities that can pretty much insta-kill Bill. If we're using 2-A forms (under SBA), then Vecna also probably has a sizable AP advantage due to being above baseline 2-As and being able to resist the Lady of Pain, who even while restricted is nearly High 2-A (nearly)

's not really precog. Just knowing what could happen. Vecna knows very well what will happen.

Was going to vote Bill before realizing this wasn't the Vecna I remember.
