Because both interact with Titan, the moon, and both are haxy and have the same tier.

Thanos is reigning over the local solar system. Earth has been wiped of its mightiest heroes, all are now skulls for Thanos' throne. From a nearby Cabal base comes a victorious Hunter, happy with their latest loot. The two see each other and the fight is on.

If this is a stomp either way, let me know, not super knowledgeable on either (though I'm working on Destiny).

SBA, Speed equalized, 4-B versions of both

Who wins and why?

The Mad Tita:

The Guardian of Tita:

Incon:

4-B since 2-A might get revised from Guardian's profile.

The Guardian seems to be resistent to pretty much everything Thanos has with the exception of Petrification and Low-Godly Regenerationn will help against a standard beat down.

The Guardian seems to have more going for him.

Gotta ask Wok for that, asked him to comment here. He's the Destiny guy.

Thanos does tend to lead with Mind Hax quite often, did so against the Hulk as well.

Need to know as its important

How good is Guradians mind hax and resistance?
His mind hax variously enough, the guardian can use certai weapons that give him the law of the hive or the sword logic, that same sword logic was able to affect the light (or the sky), making to follow its rules since the sword logic works like this, a law and at the same time a concept that acts directly on the body, soul and mind, the light of the guardian was subjugated by the sword logic, but his own will prevented him from following it when he did not assume the throne of oryx. A vex axis mind, quria, needed help and enough time to understand the sword logic, an axis mind vex has a brain capacity and processing at level 2-A, like panoptes with your daemons in infinite florest.

he is not the only one he knows very well destiny, kek.

(and I still have to edit the guardian's profile, the right speed would be infinite.)

Can you sort of describe the mind hax/resistance in terms of VSBW?

So Guardian resists 2-A (I am doubtful of this tier but let's continue) mindhax. Yes?

I believe that the sword logic would be a mind hax Low 2-C, but as it affected the light or the sky itself, its classification is much higher.

Yes, seeing the sword logic > processing and knowledge of the axis mind.

Okay. So the Guardian's mind is capable of processing information that would drive other beings mad. I guess it is up to others whether that applies to Thanos' brand of Mind Hax.

So well below this.

I believe that thanos does not have much to do in the guardian as the Lord has already said. In addition, the guardian as manipulator of light and void, only to know that the laws of space and time do not apply to them. And if he does not have resistence to Law and Concept Manipulation level Low 2-C, I believe me that he has no chance from the beginning.

Tfw never got notified

I have no idea about sword logic mindhax, I never thought of it that way. Vex can drive people insane through timefuckery, temporal eradure of stuff other than guardians themselves, physically infecting the mind, and some other stuff. The Vex as a whole cannot properly comprhened Oryx. Oryx, like other Taken, can project his mind into that of others to overwhelm them and take them. The Guardian is one of the few targets that Oryx takes a decent amount of time to Take, long enough to shoot and stagger him before it happens, whereas it's passive for weaker people

To put it in perspective, Rezyl Azzir (one of the most powerful and incorruptible Guardians at the time) grafted a random Knight's bones to his gun and was corrupted into the monster known as Dredgen Yor.

Just a random red-bar Knight did that.

Oryx should be a whole lot stronger.

@Wok

Some Vex exist without a substrate and are quite literally aggressive ideas, so that's another way to drive someone insane.

Regular guardians use thorn just fine lol.

With regular you speak the guardian of the player, I believe that of course they can use easily, but any other not.

Slowly the shadows whisper became a voice, a dark call, offering glories enough to make even the brightest Light wander. He knew he was fading, yet he still yearned.
Even the light could have been subjugated by the will of the thorn.

That is most likely game mechanics (You can't just have the main character go insane and start killing people, now can you?), and also because we aren't using the real Thorn. Just replicas.

Pretty sure there was some thing about how the PC's light purified thorn and removed it's corrupting influence.

it is easier to speak than the will of the PC >>> will of the thorn, it would make more sense since that would contradict the quote in grimoire about the thorn that I posted above.
