Haven't made a Ryüko match in a while.

Rules
Speed: Equal

Place: Empty Manhattan

Mind set: In-character.

Knowledge: None

Victory: Death or KO

Adult Sinbad (Much stronger than 33 teratons) with all metal vessels allowed.

OVA Ryuko (Stronger than 47 teratons) with both Scissor Blades allowed.

Inconclusive:
 
I'm gonna give it pretty conclusively to Ryuko. Higher AP for the fighting melee, higher regen than Sinbad can put down, resists his mind manip (and won't fall for his manly charms). Yeah, Sinbad's skill advantage ain't gonna do him much good.

Then again, they're in-character so I think they'd just make friends and go chill out in one of Sinbad's taverns with Jafar and Mako.
 
Ryuko for Jordan's reasons

She resists his hax, has higher AP that can get higher via zenkai, and has the Regenerationn to come back from what he does to her.
 
Ehh, I wouldn't say her AP is necessarily higher. Gap's only 1.4x, coupled with the fact that 33 teraton feat is young Sinbad, not the adult who is both stronger and more experienced.

Also he can restrain her with Garufor Kirestal and spam better AoE attacks with Baal and Focalor

I don't think Sin is at that much of a disadvantage as you guys think
