This is exactly like that Mario vs Kenshiro thread. Kenshiro at his best can't really do jack against Yoshi as, assuming we're using him at his highest (minus the "star feat"), Yoshi kills Ken into the next mushroom kingdom.
I actually, honestly doubt that Ken's pressure point attacks would affect Yoshi since he's not exactly a human, hence his pressure points are physilogically different. Actually even if Ken can do it (disregard the early part of my comment here), Yoshi's too fast for Kenshiro to even land one hit. Ken's only bet is to use his Muso Tensei, but that's only if he last's long enough to use it.
Overall giving this to Yoshi 8-9/10.

Kenshiro pressure point attacks can affect bulls and trucks, i thing that it could affect Yoshis too and kenshiro have the muso tensei, but yoshi have mor DC and speed, i think that this is closeCrossverseCrisis said:
