Something I've been wanting to do for a looooong time.

Speed is un=

Extended Canon 076-2 and Hajime fused with Izuru. Thorn is restricted

Hajime has a Shinai and Strength Enhancers

Who wins?

Hajime Hinata: 5

SCP-076: 0

076 pulls out the Thorn and lol-nopes the multiverse.

Might need to restrict that unless Hajime's luck makes Abel accidently drop it and slip on it, while falling face first onto a cream pie

076 outskills Hajime to a remarkable degree, however Hajime is no pushover himself, and his broken luck probably makes even the most calculated of strikes miss based on pure chance. Clarivoyance and precog means that the chances of 076 actually landing an attack are laughably low.

Hijime takes this low-diff.

Hajime FRA, not to mention there's also his analysis ability which probably makes attacking and dodging a lot easier.

076 doesn't have enhanced senses either, so Haji just Ultimate Secret Agents his way to him without making a sound and kills him before he even realizes that he's being sliced to pieces. If Haji also has strength enhancers, then he's even further into the realm of High 8-C, so I'd say this is a decisive/low-diff victory for Hajime.
