Dio doesnt take Akari seriously, as he considers himself no less than a god, as explained in the last thread.

This seems a little set up to be one sided.

Both Bloodlusted - Inconclusive, i guess.

It seems like spite when you heavily push for Akari last thread, then as people start arguing against her winning, you make a new thread with speed equalized (Akari's slower) and with only Akari bloodlusted (part of the reason why she lost was because of her character).

Normally this would just be a stomp, but now it's spite.

Alright let me debunk this...

The only time Dio has ever bragged and wasted time was when he felt he knew everything about a character's abilities and thought they couldn't do anything he wouldn't expect. This is shown against Poln. as he knew about his stand and abilities and saw him injured. That's when he toyed with him. As for Jotaro... he's kinda a rare exception in the other way, he played around with him BECAUSE he thought he was strong. He wanted to test The World against Star Platinum, as he knows Jotaro defeated all the stand users under him. After a few seconds of testing he stopped time and went for the kill. He only stopped because Jotaro moved and he nearly pissed himself, and because he's invaded his stopped time he can't just one-shot surprise him anymore.

When Dio was surprised by something or thought someone was a threat for a fact, he went for the kill. For Kak, he pulled off the 20-M Emerald Splash which was unexpected and obviously a threat. So he stopped time and Donut'd him. As for Joseph he know for a fact he has Hamon but doesn't know if that would be used on The World and therefore him. The moment he was in range he Stopped time and tried to kill him before realizing Hermit Purple. Next thing he does is grab a knife, stop time and bi-pass Hamon. This is all happens when he thinks something is a threat off the bat, doesn't know anything and/or much about it, and doesn't want to chance it.

I know people will say "But she's a little girl and underestimate her" but the fact this kid would walk up to him unflinching by his presence (which very few characters can be shown to do) he would leave nothing to chance and likely try to either Kakyoin her or drink her blood. Dio isn't that stupid and naive to think this is a normal little girl.

Keep in mind I'm just trying to debunk this idea he like most anime villains, where all they do is brag. This is not the case. However, about who would actually win... I dunno don't know Akaza too well.

I just told you, he KNEW everything about Poln. and saw him injured. He knew about the opponent, that's when and why he toys with them.
