3. Sōsuke in prime, absorbs Reiryoku to limit, activates Shikai, has Caja Negación, transforms into Final Fusion, wields Zanpakutō, wears Reiatsu Concealing Cloak, and embeds Hōgyoku.

4. 1-on-1 death battle.

5. No interference or holding back allowed.

Uh... Only Dio is 6-B, and only The World which is 8-B can interact with Aizen, who is Non Corporeal. So he has no way of killing him, like, at all.

He also has no way of getting past Low Godly Regen. He also still gets Reiatsu Crushed since his resistance ain't enough. He also can't mind manip since that's using those flesh stinger bit things that shouldn't be able to touch him. This is a heavy mismatch.

Why would splitting his soul in half equate to him being able to hurt someone's soul or hurt someone intangible...? Like, what? You know there's a reason soul manipulation and non physical interaction are not on the same page, right?

Not sure how high, but the justification I see for Dio is that his Stand Disc was broken and he was still alive. But Satsuki, who could remain alive if suffering under Yami's soul suck and his soul crush, doesn't compare or come even close to Grimmjow, who was himself being pressed down by Aizen's soul pressure without Aizen even needing to try. That Aizen is below Chrysalis Aizen, who seems to be below butterfly Aizen, who is below God Aizen which is the key being used here. Dio goes splat.

Dio also still has literally no way to move past Low Godly regen.

2.- During the battle of Dio vs Kars Joji was present so the fight could be considered a battle between Joji and Dio Beyonds

3.- And even Dio incapacitation vs Kars could be considered a victory for Dio, since his plan depended of Kars deciding to incapacitating him with Whitesnake Ultimate.

4.- In the end Aizen should still stomp vía Soul Crush since while Dio indeed survived the destruction of TWU, in the novel DIO had 2 stands (His own TWU and Jonathan body The Passion) so in the end one could say that he only survived having one of his souls being destroyed which Aizen would not do.
