Thunder McQueen verses Monarch of Pointland

Inconclusive, but it doesn't involve HtH.

Both lives.

Wait, scratch that, McQueen kills himself, but MoP survives.

Holy damn, McQueen loses.

Monarch might acutally survive or not even be affected by HtH, holy crap

Inconclusive since I doubt McQueen would use HTH on Monarch since he won't be able to see it but if he somehow interacted with Monarch then he instantly kills them

Sorry Monarch of Pointland fans but he might not win this

Im not sure if he can actually damage monarch physically. If he uses hth then two scenarios play out.

1. Monarch actually does take damage from highway to hell the same way thunder does, only from a 0 dimensional perspective.

2. Monarch does not take damage from highway to hell and thunder kills himself

Good point. Unless it is his own 0D iteration of air. And also kinda depends on what monarch is on a 0D perspective. Although it is possible that monarch is literally his entire infinite 0 dimensional universe. If thunder stabs himself or damages his vital organs, what would happen to monarch?

My question is would Mcqueen even be motivated to kill himself if he doesn't even know theres anyone there or where they even are

HtH asn't shown the ability to affect 0 dimensional beings.

Thunder kills himself and Monarch of Pointland wins

Thats Thunders gimmick though he does not wanna die alone

He's not gonna try to kill himself if he thinks he's alone.
he knows that he's not alone, but he doesn't know that Monarch of Pointland is a 0-D being.

he might be able to see him glowing. If he knows he cant effect him then would he do it? He wouldnt be alone but he wouldnt be taking monarch with him

Isn't saying HtH hasn't been shown to effect 0 dimensional beings like saying a 7 dimensional being can't effect a 3D one? That doesn't make any sense at all. HtH is three levels of infinity above MoP.

he doesn't know that his ability doesn't work

Doesn't McQueen need to target his opponent, and again would HtH even work?

Voting inconclusive and not because I think HtH would work but theres quite a few unknowns here.

True. and thunder only affects people in his surroundings and cant specifically target objects or other people. Right?

None of these Monarch votes even make any sense. If Thunder died then Monarch would die. Monarch doesn't have any type of immortality. My vote is Inconclusive and the monarch votes should be nulled.

Monarch is 3 infinities smaller than HtH.

Does 0-Dimensionality protect you from hax as well? I thought it only protected from physical damage.
It makes interacting with you extremly hard as well.

For exemple, reflecting damage on something that has no depth, lenght or width is extremly difficult unless concepts are involved.

Monarch fra

Why do you think HtH is dependant on height? Look at his profile for the range. If the Monarch can talk to him then Thunder will kill himself. If he really is that small, I don't know how Monarch would even notice Thunder.

I don't think you understand.

Monarch, for all porpuses, lacks a body to reflect damage to.

You see. Most higher dimensional beings in fiction can either destroy the object containing the lower dimensions or use lower dimensional manipulation. However it does not seem to be the case with 3D beings as you cannot destroy a colour or shadow which is 2D.

Even when this happens and they cant effect lower dimensions (which i dont think happens), the higher dimensional being is usually the win simply due to being infinitely above him

However monarch is fighting the perfect person to win against. Valentine would probably hear a tiny voice screaming "me" along with a flashing light then he will probably try to target it after concluding it is alive. And he probably doesnt know how lower dimensions work and could think it is a really tiny man or something

If thunder is able to target the monarch then he might be able to put him down. However he has not shown feats of lower dimensional manipulation. Therefore it is more likely that monarch takes this

First of all, interacting with a 0D is in nop way similiar to a 7D interacting with a 3D. But for that question, no, a 7D wouldn't even be able to notice a 3D, let alone touch it.

As for 0Ds being different, 0Ds are more akin to non-existents (interaction wise), as they are litiraly infinitly small and cannot get any smaller.

So how on earth would Thunder die? He's not going to kill himself when he's alone.
He either eventualy killsd himself once he realizes that he is the last person on earth, dies of starcation once food goes bad or gets aninconclusive through old age death.

Well, there's this note Tiering System page:

"Additionally, higher-dimensional characters can have problems affecting lower-dimensional structures, because they are too insignificant from their perspective. Nevertheless, higher-dimensional characters usually have some sort of ability to manipulate reality via higher-dimensional manipulation, or else creating/casting "shadows", "aspects", "dreams", avatars, or manifestation bodies that allow them to interact directly with lower dimensions of reality."

Thunder can't do that.
