I suppose this was inevitable in the end.

My life demands my full attention right now. I thought I might be able to stick it out for a few days and then come back once some of what I'm dealing with IRL had leveled out, but at this point, I've come to accept that it's not going to be that simple. A lot of changes are going to happen in my life and my living situation within the next month or two, and I need to redirect as much of my time and energy towards making it through those changes and ensuring that everything goes as I have planned.

I won't be gone forever, that much I can promise. But it may be some time before I return to this place. I know for certain that there's going to be a period where I don't have access to my own internet for a while, and even afterwards, I have things lined up that I'll need to attend to with the best effort I can manage. I won't be able to do that if I'm spending all my time (or even a considerable amount of it) here on the wiki.

When the dust settles and all of the results start falling into place, I'll be back to solo every last one of you in a debate pick up right where I left off.

Until then, wish me luck.
 
Understandable, Real Life always takes priority over the Internet. I wish you the best of luck in your life until you return (Unless you end up disappearing in the air)

Thanks for the well-wishes, all. I wasn't expecting so many replies (I legitimately don't even talk to 70% of you), so receiving them from you all anyway is something nice. I appreciate the care and I'm glad to see so much of it.

If the position is still open when I get back, I'll take it. If not, then oh well. Life will go on.

It's a shame, but totally understandable. Bye dude, while we never really talked one-on-one, you were always a joy to see in threads, especially in ones that needed the levity you would add.
