Observation Haki gives Luffy short Battle Precognition so he could likely dodge the Atomic Blast and he can strengthen himself with that Armour Haki to tank Rhino's normal attacks.

However it's not a 100% chance he'll dodge and one hit from Atomic Blast equals a lose for Luffy and Probability Manipulation will help Rhino out a lot. Overwrite is more of a smaller help depending on if Luffy stays Base and attacks for a while given one hit from Gear 4 equals a lose for Rhino.

It can go either way imo.
 
I should note that the aura from Atomic Blast serves as a barrier as well. So he's gonna have to attack while that aura is down. But that precog will help with that as you said.

Can we stop and talk about how out of all the Digimon current Luffy can fight, the random Rhino is the fairest match?
 
And sadly unless the storm thing is decided to be less, which downgrades a lot of verses, Cole won't be High 6C

Well, Rhinomon got more haxes, but nothing really changes the method of attack. So bumping.
