You mean city block level, right? The Doctor - Time Lord Victorious said:I'd say Jotaro with mid-high difficulty. Guts is city level, but Jotaro is city level+ in durability and AP, so he'd be able to tank whatever Guts can throw at him at an easier effort compared to what Jotaro can throw at Guts. Jotaro'd probably be able to land a hit on Guts using Beserker armor that'd cause internal bleeding using Star Platinum, and he'd just have to wait after that. And that isn't even including Time-Stop.
Overall, Guts has the advantage of being in such a state of bloodlust within the Beserker armor that Jotaro'd probably be given a fright. Not only that, but Guts in the armor only stops fighting when the last drop of his blood is spilled, which would make the fight tiring and arduous for an opponent. But Jotaro, on the other hand, has far superior precision, AP and Durability (only marginally, but its probably the deciding factor in this fight), and Time-Stop. On top of that, Guts can damage himself from his own attacks in the Beserker Armor and he doesn't have a very clear head, while Jotaro would have a steely tactician composition during the fight. So, I'd have to give it to Jotaro since Guts would have a relatively harder time trying to damage Jotaro that what Jotaro'd have with Guts, and because of that it just becomes a waiting game. If Jotaro does actually run into a problem during the fight, he'd probably pull out Time Stop and rid of the problem before it gets out of hand.

Guy who gets seriously messed up by his own 50 tons strikes vs a guy whose Stand practically powderizes the skull of a guy with 60 tons durability. It is a stomp. No need to be a snide dick about people calling it such.RapidMotorcycle19 said:>character i like lost
