So.....A funny little thing WeeklyBattles ended up bringing up to me.

Ken Kaneki's dragon form is stated to be 20Km in size

Normally this wouldn't be anything noteworthy but then we found this.

An 8KM sized monster is 7C, what would this be?

DISCLAIMER: I don't know too much about Tokyo Ghoul as I dropped it years ago thus I am very out of date, but I felt like this, of accepted, would be a noteworthy upgrade to Kaneki's dragon form.
 
Question

Was there ever any statements about whether both monsters mentioned both in TG and CP about them being Hollow or not?

I think I found a problem Dragon's size calc.The wards the calc is using comes from this and this which is just a guess on the military behalf but luckily we have a definite answer to which wards Dragon stretches to thanks to this which says it stretches from the 1st, 4th, and 13th ward although it would be a downgrade.

Dragon can grow bigger through absorption(which should've already been on its profile) with it even being stated to grow to 10x in size within a few days.

Tbh I think Kaneki could still be City level (or whatever the possible new rating would be) via the way kagunes work and reasons but I'll leave that for when we see Kaneki's new body in action
 
Thing is, isn't this for full body motion KE?

The Dragon doesn't move its whole body. It pretty much just moves its tentacles and creates monsters.
