As far as I can tell she is not resistant to mind Manipulation and the literal first move of the strongest Madara is to activate IT. Soo, I vote Madara.
 
I mean all he needs is a glance and he has the faster speed in this. Remember IT does not need the moon. The moon just gives it planetary range.

And doesn't he kinda have to look into Bayonetta's eyes for it to work?
 
Pretty s├╗re bayo Witch Time + Bazillion = No Time for Tsukuyomi, Limbo, and izanagi. If madara is alive thanks to izanagi, bayo Spam witch time + bazillion and say Hiƒÿæ
 
I hate the assumption that because someone does the move for the first time once, that's always their first move. I can guarantee you that's almost never the case in fiction.

As far as I know IT does not need the eyes. No one looked at the moon while they got stuck in IT.

As far as I know her witch time only affect one dimension so Limbo if activated at the same time would not be affected by it. However IT would be stopped if a glance does not put her out first. It is anyone's call imo. I assume bazillions can go through his regen? I am not quite sure how it works tbh. If it only shoots holes through him he would be fine but if someone would like to correct me, that would be great.
 
Bayonetta time stops and one-shots, I doubt his Limbo's are gonna be doing major damage anyway No low 5-B is going to be restraining a 5-B so casually, even if she is unable to do anything about them she's prob going to figure out that it has something to do with Madara and simply just kill the original body, which takes out his Limbo's

How would she, Unless you are telling me she would timestop before seeing Madara I doubt that she would. IT is pretty much instant and does not even need eye contect (as shown by the moon affecting people not looking at it).
 
Guys, Limbo is straight up useless. It can't do anything to Bayonetta - and she even has High 4-C invulnerability from what I remember - and Madara won't even get the chance to use anything due to Witch Time. She has attack negation and reflection, BFR, instantaneous dodging due to portals, Planet level forcefields that Madara can't bypass, empathic manipulation, Planet level summons with their own hax etc. The dude wouldn't even be able to activate Izanagi due to the immense time slow, and Bayonetta also doesn't need Bazillions to blow him up several times over.
 
Exactly at which point it becomes which one is faster because either oneshots with either move. But then speed is equalised. which would make it inconclusive.
 
No..it isnt instant.. Madara needs to look at Bayonetta or the moon and activate it.

its very fast i wont lie but i doubt it's faster than Bayon's timestop which she spams

What suggests that Bayonettas timeslow is faster and even if it was speed is equalized also btw Madara would be faster if not.
 
Madara removes his broken horn mask thing and his Sharringan pops out and he activates IT... that seems to take up far more time
 
Yeah this is a stomp for Bayo.

Like, she literally time slows before Madara can't do anything
