A bunch of trees vs One burn boi

Unless we're saying Mr. Burns is stronger than a T. rex or something, not sure how Burns can win this.
 
Burns walks away, goes and grabs one of those massive deforestation machines with his massive amounts of money. Burns with time to take action and use his resourses is no slouch (well he is, just a very effective slouch kek)
 
Battle takes place not in Springfield but New York. He doesn't have easy access to his stuff and even then, he's gonna have an extremely hard time doing it alone.

Perhaps, but he has the time to go do stuff. Assuming he can atleast make his way (slowly) to the nearest bank and make a withdrawl and make a phone call to his associates, he can obtain the deforester

That would count as outside help which isn't allowed in fights like these.
 
If fighters are allowed to go and obtain equipment, then I don't see what the issue is. Besides, we should put "money" understandard equipment for burns
 
Mr. Burns can't even stomp a normal ant, and you match him with the best tree in the world? Tree grows some cactus trunks with really strong roots and the moment Burns even get near, composite tree stab him with a combination of cactus and willow.

But they aren't allowed to leave and obtain equipment.

If Burns get access to his money, it's a stomp, because of nuclear fallout.
 
Burns will likely break his fists punching the tree, then headbutts it breaking his head since the tree is to durable. Or he will run into a tree branch get poisoned and die. The tree wins in a close fight.
