Even with Sora's AP advantage Bayo should be able to take this if she is able to get into Paradiso. Key word being IF.
One of Sora's major advantages here is his resistance to time slow and stop, meaning Witch Time wont do anything. However, from what TheEverlasting has told me, Sora has no specific ability or attack that he tends to lead with, and that he can start with any ability in his arsenal. Now what that means for Bayonetta is that Sora has ways to prevent her from getting into Purgatorio: Time Stop, Telekinesis, Existence Easure, Power Nullification, Sleep Manip, and Motor Control Scrambling.
However, that is only six abilities. Out of the fourty four abilities listed on his profile. That means that there is an 86% chance that Bayonetta can get into Purgatorio where she will be safe from Sora's attacks, and only a 14% chance that Sora can beat her. Once she makes it to Purgatorio her normal hax (atomization, soul manip, empathic manip, and BFR) should be enough to take Sora down.
