They're both City+ they can both harm and survive each others attacks.

If Goku is able to break her sword than he wins, but otherwise Kagura seems to have more advantage. does he have his pole in this "form"? if yes than he wins via more versality and technical combat.

Hmmmmm.....

Goku scales to, and is likely superior to, a 97 megaton feat Kagura scales to a 63.351 megaton feat (I'm pretty sure)

So Goku's coming in with a slight strength advantage.

Both are about equal in terms of experience, as they've been fighting since they were kids, and have some pretty good training...

But the thing is, Goku's lifting strength is unknown, and Kagura's gravity magic is pretty efficient, and I don't think he'd be able to withstand an intense increase in gravity at this point, or having the gravity suddenly shifted into another direction, even with his reactive power level.

Also, remind me, but can Goku fly at this point? I can't remember.

Overall, I think Kagura barely edges out a win with her gravity magic and sword skills

Wait, I thought the HTC was before 23d Budokai but after the King Piccolo saga (I really need to rewatch DB)?
This is teen Goku after King Piccolo right? or i am misunderstanding here lol

was after the King Piccolo, and before the 23 budokai. He used the HTC to train in antecipation to Piccolo Jr (Our Piccolo)

Hmm ok if this is KP Saga Goku than the gravity manip would work, but the pole would still give Goku the range advantage (I don't think the gravity will influenciate the pole that much because its a magical item)

But he's still gonna have to lift and swing it to hit her, which is gonna he hard when he's being pinned down by increased gravity

thats a valid point, how strong is her gravity manip? like how many times our own?

There's never been a direct statement of how many times, but its enough to pin down 2 giant sea monster spirits and another celestial spirit who's shtick is to manipulate gravity

Hmmm well sounds good enough, if she uses that then probably GG, changing my vote to Kagura

Goku can't fly without Nimbus until literally the last hit ever in classic Dragon Ball.

He couldn't fly until the instant he beat Piccolo Jr.

You guys do know that your gravity manipulation vote is based off a character that has used that ability a total of ONE time throughout the series, and that was to get her out of getting pushed around by gravity. Every fight afterwards she's never shown to use that ability, just her sword.

Goku would take this via higher AP due to being able to one shot a 7-B+ while unable to use an arm and a leg, being able to adapt to diffferent fighting styles in case Kagura's is too much for him, afterimages, using the powerpole to counter Kagura's sword, versatile ways to utilize ki, and having experience fighting those with much more experience than Kagura.

ok, that still doesn't change the fact that she rarely uses that ability on a lot of her fights.

Except that she's been in that type of situation more than once, one against Erza and Minerva, and the other against Dimaria, and she's never shown to use her gravity powers against either of them.

Against Erza and Minerva, she is actually more focusing on getting an answer regarding Jella from Erza.

Against Dimaria, Timestop mate. And she was literally stripped naked in front of hundreds of people.

She got her answers from Jellal, and Erza was overwhelming her, and she didn't use her gravity powers on her.

Ok, was she not expecting her clothes to be torn apart during battle? Cause that's what happens in like a lot of major fights, not to mention she could've just pinned Dimaria down to try to finish her off, but she didn't.

Wot? When did Jellal talked to Kagura during GMG arc?

Here is what happens during her encounter with Dimaria:

>Both meet on the battlefield.

>Kagura prepared to fight Dimaria. No some conversation *****.

>Dimaria "Za Warudo" and decided to prank Kagura, by stripping off her clothes.

>Dimaria deactivated "Za Warudo" and Kagura be like "WTF?" while her clothes fell off.

Sorry, I meant that she got her answers regarding Jellal

Ok, and again she could've just pinned her down with her gravity magic considering she's just losing her clothing and wasn't gravely injured.

And she utterly livid to the point she can't think rational and attemps to kill Erza afterwards.

In here, her emotional problem won't hold her back.

Dude, most woman would attemp to cover themselves, instead of fighting their opponent when their were suddenly stripped naked in front of HUNDREDS OF PEOPLES without having any slighest idea of what is going on. She got distracted, simply as that.

Ok, and like I said before, she rarely uses her gravity powers in combat.

Why would that be a thing to be worried about when you're in a war where you can die?

She is rarely SEEN to use it because 1) She doesn't start with it and often doesn't need it. 2)She never get the chance to use it.

Who knows? I'm not a woman, so I can't really imagine myself being in her place.

And that isn't going to help her that much since Goku has the AP advantage and a lot more stuff over her.
