Android 21 vs.The Sentry

Android 21 says "Lol Powernull" and pushes the button.
 
Android 21 goes to press the button and immediately gets atomized along with the button.
 
Considering pretty much every time he uses it people get instamelted and it's perfectly consistent.

Consostent??? Do you have proof that it's consistent? Cause people like Black panther can harm surfer, as well as a great ape hurting the hulk, which shows inconsistency.

Notice that literally every time he uses it, he atomizes immediately except for MM.

Does it really matter anyway? His matter Manipulation still perfectly disassembles 21

I dont understand the problem here,Sentry has a feat of destroying Molecule Man using matter manipulation,it is also noted in his profile,you have to accept that.

Edit:Also,talking about inconsistence of Marvel, where there is Goku that can be hurt by bullet,and Krillin alongside others being able to fight on par(or a little weaker) with characters like Goku.
 
Sentry has no reason to hold back against a person who's neither an ally, or some bog standard villian who needs to face traditional "justice" for the sake of letting future plotlines happen without going through the process of reviving them, he atomizes her without hesitation.
 
Yeah, with those kinds of abilities, I don't see how Android 21 could counter all of Sentry's haxes. My vote goes to Sentry as well.

Nobody in the planet has it, yet they were still considered fait matches, and she won, and they were added. Same thing in this case.
 
I also find that strange,she can mind hax 4D characters but people put her against 3D characters without resistance.
