No Touhou and Sailor Moon matchups yet? Lemme be the first! Doremy has quickly become one of my favorite 2hu girl's due to her 4-A feat and appearence in AoCF and Mistress 9 is one of the best villians shown in the SM franchise.

I don't know Mistress's character, but it's likely that Doremy would manage to puts her to sleep before anything bad happens.
 
The literal only way for Mistress to win is with soul Manipulation.

Doremy is simply far too haxed for her otherwise, BFR, Soul Manipulation in her own right existence Erasure, sleep.

Doremy wins easily.

Anyway it depends on his opponent, Mistress can steal his soul with a simple touch or absorbed (but IDK if it works if his opponent is not K-O or unable
 
If she needs contact for that, that's not gonna happen any time soon for obvious reasons (Spatial manip, BFR, danmaku and all that jazz)
 
Well ... Mistress 9 starts with Soul Steal and ...... Fin. OvO

next time, use Pharaoh 90, this guy is just a nag, which is amazingly loud OvO

This is a really good one.

If Mistress 9 can be put to sleep it's good game for her, but with soul stealing, power abosrbtion, and I'm assuming supieror AP, she should be able to scrape it together. I would need to know how good is Doremy's sleep manipulation and how she delivers it?

Y'all think your special with ur non-americano foreign languages 0v0.

Mistress 9 doesn't need physical contact to soul steal tho.

Also Doremy's sleep manipulation works by........putting people in dreams (I think).
 
The law states that just you can bump after 12 hours not necessary 24 :p
