There is the Reviving Tomato, and then Ghost Kirby. Um... Recommendations are accepted.
 
Actually, she technically leads with the "waves" which nulls kirby's powers, seals his soul, wipes some of his memories, suppresses his consciousness and puts him to sleep.
 
^It's a more implied thing given why I said "technically". Before going around transmuting everyone, she activates the waves first. Anyways, I vote 21 as well.
 
3-A Buu vs Kirby was also a thing a few months ago, but Kirby was winning. Here we just don't know who will win, and it looks fair enough for both.
 
Basically, she just has a device that activates waves. The waves nullified and sealed the powers and souls of the Z-fighters and the villains, put them to sleep, supressed their conciousness and wiped some of Krillin's memories as well.
 
All at once? From what I saw on the wiki, it suppressed AP instead of actual powers, as Cell could still use his techniques while inhibited.
 
What's linking? Also, Cell was inhibited and apparently didn't "link", so I'm not sure they're all at once. Also, does she do this in the evil form the picture is alluding to?
 
Kirby can fight without the soul in his body,android 21 isnt trully killing Kirby,the low-godly regen would pop out,magolor had power nullification and worked,but this is basically magolor but Kirby can haxstomp.
 
Basically, linking is using an artificial soul in order to regain your powers. Cell did link during the fight with 21. This is the form that does it. The good form and the Dark-Grey form (I think) are the forms that don't do it.

Like...Every point here is wrong.
 
Anyway, this seems to be wrapped up all in soul hax, and with Kirby's soul being capable of getting the heck out of dodge from Kirby's body, and therefore Kirby becoming a soulless being that can't have his soul sealed, it might not affect him, and if it does, Kirby's soul, which again, can act on its own, could function as this linking, or worst case scenario, duplicate a new Kirby.
 
How in the absolute **** is Power Null and Menory Manipulation wrapped up in soul Manipulation?
 
Alright, I did my research on Gero's waves. Note how I said Gero's. For starters, it doesn't seem like 21 activates this on her own. Secondly, it's main effect is making the person weaker, which is why Tien can fight with Vegeta and such like that, and given her opponent, it doesn't matter. Kirby wouldn't be losing any powers.
 
You completely missed my point. Because Kirby's is much weaker than her, something that reduces his AP doesn't change the match at all.
 
Welp, it seems like 21 is getting downgraded to 4-B.

She does activate them though. They were created by Gero but utilized by her. There is more to the waves than power null anyways.
