Okay, so last time I tried this, people called it a stomp. After some time, I've realized, this isn't the case.

People said Asriel was vastly stronger, that's not the case. Sure, at his full power, he is vastly stronger than in base, but keep in mind DIO preformed his Multiversal+ feat was extremely casual, and if he was serious (Which he will be here), he'd be on the same level. They also said that he could just null DIO's power immediatly, not realizing that his power null was just making Frisk unable to move, and Frisk can't just Reality Overwrite it like DIO can.

But, enough of that. Vote, go and vote.

Speed Equalized

Dio is serious, as mentioned before, and Asriel is at Full Power.

Otherwise Standard Battle Assumptions

Dio: 8 (Han Solo7, Axl233, Eganergo, Eganergo, Dienomite22, Eficiente, DMB_1 and FateAlbane)

Asriel:
Dio Gone to Heaven vs Asriel Dreemurr
Inconclusive:

Being serious doesn't make you suddenly much stronger than when you're casual, unless you have an entirely new form like Asriel.

And Dio needs to physically touch the enemy for Reality Overwrite. If Asriel stops Dio from moving, it's over.

That weakness was recently removed, actually. And Heaven DIO is >>> Tusk Act 4, so there is that (Asriel is still stronger tho).

Being serious does mean you use more power than when you are casual though.

iirc it was decided that HA Dio's weakness was if his hands get damaged then he can't use his reality overite but he can still reality overite without contact.J-man said in the original translation it says something along the lines of the power manifest through his hands, not that he needs contact.HA Dio's profile probably just wasn't updated yet.

He can't stop people who are physically 2-A, maybe, but DIO is still like High 8-C in terms of his physical body.

I have no opinion on the thread so far, so I'm just gonna watch for now.

So is that a vote for inconclusive?

Please do elaborate on their abilities and how they counter eachother if it is so.

And then Dio overwrites his ability to do that into non existence.

That's how Stando Powa works, yes.

Serious or not, it won't change anything but if you insist, asriel wasn't serious too in his battle against Frisk even at full power (he says he wanted to keep them around)

Dio>>>>nigh infinitely>>>>tusk>ball breaker=>2a. While he was on his weakest state.

Well, he's immune to the soul based blows of the cast.

Said cast aren't quite as strong as Dio though.

DIO need to "touch" Asriel to erase him but Asriel don't need to be in a close range to harm him. Plus, like it was said before, Asriel's power nullification will paralyze DIO and Asriel will slowly kill him without any difficulties so what could DIO possibly do against it?

No, it's just that he needs his hands working to use it. Reality overwrite negs immobilization.
