Sailor Moon tier updates

I am making this thread to highlight some important changes to the tiers of certain characters in the sailor moon unvierse.

These characters in question are:

The Sailor Quartet

Sailor Ceres

Sailor Pallas

Sailor Vesta

Sailor Juno

The Sol Senshi

Sailor Mercury

Sailor Mars

Sailor Jupiter

Sailor Venus

Sailor Uranus

Sailor Neptune

Sailor Pluto

Sailor Satur

Dead Moon Circus

Queen Nehellenia


For the Sailor Quartet:

They are listed as 3-B in tier and the reasoning for that is scaling from the Eternal Senshi. However the Eternal Senshi are not 3-B but High 3-A. However the Sailor Quartet is shouldn't be High 3-A, instead they should be Low 2-C.

My reasoning for Low 2-C is quite simple actually. The Sailor Quartet's combined power in their attack Amazoness Jungle Arrow killed Sailor Heavy Metal Papillo. https://gallery.missdream.org/albums/scanlation_smoon/smoon_act57/021.jpg

Sailor Heavy Metal Papillon is Low 2-C by being able to threaten Eternal Sailor Moon's life.

Note: Eternal Sailor Moon is Low 2-C for destroying Queen Nehellenia and her dark world.

For the Sol Senshi, all eight of them, they are currently regarded as High 3-A. I believe scaling allows them all to be Low 2-C in their eternal senshi form not jsut their evil versions.

My reasoning for this is that they were all able to counter and tank attacks from the Sailor Animamates whom are all Low 2-C for threatening Eternal Sailor Moon's life, and coutnering her powers as well as the powers of the Sailor Star Lights.

____________________________________________________________________________ Queen Nehellnia is 3-A due to her controling and supporting the dark world with her power. She was not granted Low 2-C status because it was not apparent if she could affect the 4-D space.

However, I would want to argue that through scaling she should be able to affect the 4-D space of the dark world and not just the 3-D space.

In the second arc, Sailor Moon lit up the entire space-time contiuum and other dimensions.

Death Phantom was also warping space-time and creating time storms in the corridor of the spacetime door, a plane of existence that is virtually infinite. Albeit this was an outlier for that arc:

In the third arc, Sailor Saturn was shown to be able to destroy an entire space-time albeit that it was galactic in size.

Queen Nehellenia is stronger than all the super senshi combined including Super Sailor Saturn and Super Sailor Moon and waaaaay more powerful than Death Phantom.

By scaling to them, she should be able to effect and control entire 4-D spacetime of the dark world not just the physical 3-D space of it.


If anyone would like to go over this and discuss the points I bring up that would be great.

You can check for people listed under Sailor Moon in the Knowledgeable Members List and ask them to comment here if you wish, although personally I am extremely tired of having to deal with the franchise.

I'm unsure.

Nehellenia is also a tricky subject, since she doesn't have the neccessary space-time feats. You can argue all chaos spawn should have space-time powers, but only two of them have legitimately displayed it.

I also don't know if you can scale space-time feats to other characters. That would also be the only reason she could be Low 2-C too. I think we need more input.

We should probably upgrade the Sailor Quartet. Their current ratings are inaccurate given the new scale.

Can you summarise why they should be upgraded?

They were confident enough to give a shot at the Galactica Senshi. Whom overwhelmed both them and ESM>

Also via powerscaling they should get it. Since I doubt they'd be infinitely below their allies and considered somewhat relevant. They were supposed to be upgraded I believe with the rest of the characters but must have slipped under the radar.

They also killed heavy metal papillon who threatened ESM and Kakyuu's life.

Lol I'm late, I always had a problem with the stats of the Sailor Quaret, it must obviously be Scale to sailor animate

Let's bring this back up.

There's still the quartet and the Eternal Senshi.

IkaniL is usually reliable. If he wants to modify the profiles according to what was agreed upon earlier, I suppose that should be fine.
