I'll side with Mu-jin purely because the cross, which was able to help him kill both Jin Tae-Jin and Beelzebub(both weakened btw, one more than the other) Hell even Odin wondered why he didn't use it against the rest of the gods. Which puts him at small Star level.

On the side note...I really should get back to reading Psyren.

Thank you for taking your time to comment here. Though, unfortunately, your reasoning isn't valid here. Their Low 6-B forms are used, so any star level stuffs aren't valid here. Otherwise Mu-jin would be at small star level, which simply isn't the case.

Also, I thought Daewi killed Beelzebub? Or was it Jin? I don't recall Mu-jin having killed any of the gods.

And yes, Mujin murdered the **** outta Beelzebub on chapter 288, the last parts
 
True, but their AP is of similar levels here. Grana is stronger than Frederica, who performed a feat where she rotated clouds with enough energy that it could be seen from space. If Mu-jin doesn't have a calc, unless he scales to another Low 6-B character, then he's assumed to be baseline.
