Now that is somethibg else come on.
As long as it is something that can transition into vs battles it has been allowed. Of course pure game mechanics are not.

@Dragon

The moves I've quoted are not pure game mechanics.

Also, what's your opinion?

As far as Resistance Negation goes, the card literally blatently says the attack isn't effected by resistance. If that doesnt scream R.N., Idk what would.

And the damage boost, the attack would clearly do more damage but the extent is a diff story due to game mechanics.

@Kukui

Deep Wind's base damage is 60, if the opponent is asleep this attack does 60 more damage.

It's basically double the damage.

Everything seems. I would just like to add that for the Resistance Negation, it should be specified that it only negates resistance to Darkness Manipulation. The card specifically states "This attck's damage is not affected by resistance". It would be a Proof by Example Fallacy otherwise.

How would that mean only darkness manipulation though? The way I see it, it's using a dark-related attack to negate resistances, not an attack that negates only dark-type resistance. It would specify only dark-type resistance if otherwise.

@Kukui

Only the damage from this attack is not affected by the resistance, only this.

The attack makes it clear that it is not affected by resistance and not that it denies any kind of resistance.

More abilities:

Time Travel and Portal Creation:

(Darkrai in PMD creates a temporal portal to escape from the protagonists)

That also seems fine.

Also small question (not pokemon related but its a small one)

If you can manipulate stars, and create galaxies, would both be grounds for Matter and Gravity Manipulation?

About the "this attack", that only says that the resistance negation is done via that specific attack. Not that it only negates resistance against dark type attacks. That's my take on it, at least. I'm not that knowledgeable about the TCG (too complicated mechanics for me).

Edit: Which reminds me, do we use cards for trainers?
