I'm referring to their normal Attack Power/Striking Strength.
Example: Storm (Marvel Comics) is Moon Level for creating a planetary storm but her Striking Strength is Small Building Class.

Ya sure man, like take the sun or weather report, both have tuer 7/6 weather feats but likely defintly can not punch that hard .

Well technically, nothing says the feat, the big ones , do not. Only thing stopping is things like heaven DIO not physucally dusting Jotaro with one tap, or weather not vaporizing Whitesnake. Get dragged down by fighters clearly not on oar.

Well, I do not think that it would Give the person the striking strength and Durability of the storm, Unless however he/she is or they are like Raiden of Mortal Kombat Whom merged his storm's power with his own, Giving Him that type of Power and Durability, And would more importantly make him one of if not then the Only exception. If anything at All.
