The Last Dragonborn vs Rumplestiltskin

It should be noted that the Dovahkiin rarely uses his Time Stop shout. Also, he needs to speak to stop the time. Rumple could easily take Dovah's voice away, so, I don't believe that would work... anyway, I think I'll count your vote for now
 
Gold's Existence Erasure is limited to the use of the Olympian Crystal, which he only has in his 5-B form. I do not think this is a stomp.
 
His RW is for his capability of Belief. It's a type of magic characteristical of Neverland, but Rumple, Henry and I bet Peter Pan can do it outside of the island.

Basically, they alter reality by believing strong enough.

Yes, he has magic resistance and absorption, but it does not imediatly give him the victory. You see, the Dovahkiin can be affected by powerful magic, as we can see when Miraak, Vahlok and Harko manage to harm him.
 
That's really up to the player to determine that. I can have the perks to resist and absorb magic while someone else strictly uses melee only. And since it's in the game and can be achieved, we'll use that for reference.

My vote goes to Dovahkiin

Resistance doesn't equal immunity he can still be affected. Rumple can teleport so Dovah would have to tag rumple to begin with which will be a pain in the ass in and of itself. Rumple also has BFR and Power Null. Hell the man even has Spatial manipulation. Resistance to magic or not if the space around you is being ****** you're getting ****** along with it. To say he lul nopes all this because he has magic resistance is a bit far fetched to say.
 
Even with the perks, the limit of magical resistance/absorption lies on merely 85% of damage reduction. Also, it does not apply to things like transgifuration, for example. I don't know if I should count your vote.

His absorption can go over 100%

Your all confused. This is an argument that can be made against Mr Gold's magic, not mine.

If we take into account his resistance and absorption, then Dovahkiin should take this via Become Ehereal, Marked For Death, and soul, mind, and time manipulation.

Congratulations he can absorb magic.. If Rumple uses magic to effect space but not Dov directly it'll still effect him. and Precog + Teleportation is gonna make it really really difficult for him to get something in on Rumple. Unless Dov has specifically shown resistance to spatial manipulation and/or BFR Rumple takes this.
 
You think i actually care about Dovahkiin? He's the only TES character that pops up.

Anyway... OP, show me an example of spatial manipulation
