But there's another ability for Goku. In the battle against 100% Power Freeza, Goku managed to make time far slower in our perspective when in reality it's only 5 minutes. So Goku should get a high-level of Perception Manipulation that affects a higher dimensional audience and their sense of time.
Oh and UI Goku should have Immunity to Toon Force via scaling to Beerus. -:^

It's just telekinesis and UI goku doesn't have immunity to toonforce scaling from beerus neither does beerus.
