Ness vs Undyne

Story: Instead of Frisk being the one who fell down the hole, it was Ness! For most of his journey he managed to go through without having to fight. But now this fish lady demands he fights her even though Monster Kid told her he was harmless. Ness lets out a disappointed "Ok" and takes up his baseball bat and prepares for the fight.

Note: He can't run from the fight like in the normal game

Who wins and why?

Ness: 7 (Tenebricite, Numbersguy, Chrisras, Kellex, Noahkaismith, Anonimoe7875, and Yobobojojo)

hehe, yeah I thought it'd fit since I basically did a what if Ness replaced Frisk as the main character.
 
I honestly feel like Ness's speed and one hit kill abilities will win him this fight. Plus, it seems that their energy manipulation abilities are rather equal, but i think Ness will be able to get past undyne's.
 
Ness probably has this due to having abilities Undyne can't counter (PSI), she may be one hell of a bother tho, thanks to locking people in place with her soul powers.
 
Since Undyne as no counter against Ness's PK Flash and it's status effects, alongside the fact that Ness as more than enough range to snipe Undyne with PK Rockin and Flash whitout her having any chance to dodge... Yeah, I vote Ness.
 
Ness fra. Although he'd in character probably either find a way to spare her or just beat her up instead of killing her.
