Bill
Evil Dorito Man.

Bill Cipher - 1 ( TheOwnMagic )

VS

Altair - 3 ( GalaxianAegis, GreyFang82, RM97 )

Inconclusive - 1 ( ZacharyGrossman273 )

BATTLE CONDITIONS:

Both are in-character.

Both are at their Low 2-C tiers.

Battle is in Gravity Falls, 50 meters apart

Win via any method.

Both have extensive knowledge of each other.

Altair has plot manipulation and causality manipulation so might that be togerther superior to Bill's leverl of reality warping?

Also Bill has quite a few ways past low godly Regen, so if Altair can make a clone, it can work.

Nice match BTW

What stops her from making another Bill and doing the same.

Imma have to vote inconclusive

She can make a copy of anyone within her ability and/or strength level.

They're both Baseline, so it should be easy to make a clone.

I still think that it's a pretty big logical leap given that she never did it to another Low 2-C, but eh.

Also Bill one-shotted the Time Baby who is baseline

yeah but Time Baby is a loser.

when you realize the baby could just come back due to time travel and how he regens him being put out of the story makes no sense. Why does it matter if it takes 1000 years if he can casually time travel?

I will say Bill is stupidly over confident and knew a ton about everyone he was fighting.

Hmmm, this is a really tough match. I feel like Altair's more diverse techniques like her relative fate and plot manipulation, as well as precognition, will help her get past Bill's more direct techniques like reality warping and madness inducement. If I had to choose a winner, I'd side slightly with Altair.

Voting for Altair for a combination of Conceptual Manipulation and Plot Manipulation which could get rid of Bill. Furthermore Bill's Mid-Godly takes time, if he even managed to recite his incantation, which would probably give Altair the win via SBA before he returns.

This bitch has Fate, Causality manipulation, she has power null, and existence erasure...

I mean Bill's soul manipulation, mind manipulation, and maybe even sleep inducement could do something but I don't know if Bill has any way to take her out for good...

I kinda see this match go towards Bill's favor in the beginning because of the sheer number of hax he has... but then after Altair get the chance to mess with fate or causality Bill would just be put away with her existence erasure. Or she kinda just turns off Bill's abilities. Either way I have to give it to Altair.

I want to take part in this discussion. Too bad I had stopped watching Gravity Falls after 11 episodes, years ago. There are simply too many anime to watch.

What I know for sure, is that with enough acceptance, Altair's haxes are exceptionally overpowered. Particularly, she can remove powers from others (not from everyone). She's able turn on cause and effect reversal preemptively, even before something happens, so when Cipher tries to do something to her, it will immediately affect him, instead of her (unless Bill can contain it somehow). Precognition may certainly help, but the Military Princess is capable of making prospective damage or anything ill-treating to harm the enemy. Himegimi seems to have physical and hologram body at the same time, allowing her teleportation and stuff like that.

Strong beyond all reason, wasn't outsmarted until episode 20 (instead outmaneuvered everyone else) and easily opposed existence erasure. Existence change could not eliminate her (Sirius had less acceptance and no personality). I'm no expert but Altair seems more likely to win in my view.

Everyone ignores that Altair's potential is infinite.

If someone on the internet makes Altair going "nothing personel kid" to Bill and instantly killing him forever and it gets memed a lot, she would be able to do that to him.

Since "any method" is allowed, I'm going to go that the internet does something like that and she wins in the end.
