Hi uh quick question how good is Jorgens Time Manipulation? He can like just time stop zeno then turn him into ice cream. Pretty clear cut if you ask me.

To be honest, both have their personality faults that make them unable to one shot.
Jorgen is somewhat overconfident and Zeno acts like a child.
So I doubt my vote will change.
If bloodlusted, I lean to Zeno but even then it is still who hits who first.

omni king destroy 12 DB macroverse(which is same size as 36 real life universe) also shenron can grant immortality and bring people back from the dead but he can't turn androids into humans?Why well because Shenron can't affect those who are stronger than him though wouldn't that only count if he were trying to destroy him?

@Lord I have no idea why that last part is in. Hmm. I guess I will go with Zeno due to ap alone. I forgot dbz has larger universe then our own. (We accept that here, right?) In short, Zeno for Monikas reasons and ap.

This is basically hax Vs AP, Zen'o has no defence against Reality Warping and Time Manipulation, but he could erase Jorgen in a second, so it depends of who hits first.

If I recall, he has the ability to alter da rules so he might be able to do anything within reason in the context of two universes.
