Whis Vs. Time Eater

Not that large of a Haxstomp, actually.

How much can he slow down time? (Also, I don't see this actually affecting Whis all this much) And couldn't Whis just one-shot him before he sends him into non-existence? (But it appears he will likely be able to put him into None-existence before Whis could get the opporunity) So, I guess I'll go with Time Eater If he can do this.
 
Whis has performed Time Travel as well, from going into the Timeline that Trunks went to after Zeno destroyed everything (However, he already needs an existing timeline to do so)
 
Whis is only baseline low 2-C, he isn't that much above him, you could maybe say whis is at least 2x above baseline, but not gonna help when gets sent to non-existence or time eater just time travels and kills him in the past.
 
Pretty certain he can one-shot Beerus who should be around the level of Infinite Zamasu who is Baseline Low 2-C, so I could see him still being capable of One-Shotting him..

But to be fair, Whis can technically do the same thing, but needs an already existing timeline to time travel (However, due to the Nature of Dragon Ball, going back in time wouldn't affect you, but in vs debating, you can't really go by this) So all in all, I'll say Time Eater will win if he goes back in time the instant they fight.

How the duck is he Baseline Low 2C when he casually one shots a Low 2C....?

Also yeah, Time Eater is Baseline, he gets one shotted.

Then he can just kill it with his matter manipulation/ transmutation technique or BFR it to another dimension.
 
Pretty sure that in character he doesn't abuse that. Not like it matters, considering that he ohko via AP gap
 
Actually, nevermind, I just remembered Time Eater never usually uses his hax in battle.

Voting Whis via one shotting with massive AP gap.
 
I mean yeah but you can't just assume that he will use them first thing. Anyway Whis via AP.
