@Gargoyle This is tier 2 we are talking about i bet you can probably find guys who one shot guys who one guys who one shot guys etc who are low 2-C, or even more ridiculous being tier 2 by a heartbeat.

Dc will only get db so far here, and these tiers rarely ever come down to dc unless the hax between the two characters are literally the same ie lucemon vs lucifer, it's all about hax here. But yea whis wins this.

you wait for one day before asking to see if the results could change if it was unanimous its not necessary but since it seems it isn't unanimous you need to wait for a day before requesting to be added
