Why in Zoro's profile his black thing armament considered as Busoshoku : Kokuto and it stated as advanced type of armament, but other characters like Fujitora & King who also can make their blade turn into black just considered as Busoshoku : Koka ?

It shouldn't be considered an advanced type, that's outdated. It comes from this on the Haki Page:

Swordsmen are known to create "Black Blades", or Kokuto, by using Koka over a sword, which makes the sword much more durable[45]

From Mihawk's statement after Zoro defeats Pica and Zoro's own Vivre card it describes the ability to coat blades with haki turning them into black blades that won't break, characters like Zoro and Vista are stated to be able to do this with their haki.

It's obviously not something anybody who coats a weapon with haki/Koka can do as we see the likes of Smoker and King's weapons break.
